We want you to be happy with our products but if you feel the need to return an item to us, here's the lowdown:
• Unopened Kits. We are happy to provide a full refund of your unopened kit. Please contact us beforehand for our return address and to speed up the refund process. A refund to your original payment method will be made as soon as the return is in our hands and in good condition. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance for your protection. Shipping and handling charges both ways are not refundable, unless we had made an error in your order.
