These wheels simply don't just flip down underneath the car - they extend out, flip down and then are pushed up into the wheel cavity in one smooth motion. Once you are finished flying, you can simply push the wheels back into position and start driving on solid ground - the wheel assembly is designed to automatically "lock" into position to prevent any jamming or slipping.
